This policy describes how data submitted through the Vaga+ request form is processed.

Data processed
Your name, phone number, company name and optional indicator photo. The request also includes the site language, page address without query parameters, and date and time. The IP address is temporarily used in server memory to limit request frequency.
Purpose
Data is used to contact you about your enquiry, clarify requirements, check hardware compatibility and prepare a quote.
Transfers and access
The request and attached photo are sent by a bot to a private staff Telegram group. If Google Sheets is configured, text details are also copied to an internal spreadsheet. These services and the hosting provider participate in processing.
Storage enquiries
Contact Vaga+ using the details provided to ask about storage conditions for your data or to request deletion.
Your requests
You can contact us by phone or Telegram to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
Technical data
The site uses technical mechanisms for language selection and protection against automated form submissions. Form fields are validated on the server. No advertising or analytics tools are connected in the site code.
